Bulk-up Banana Smoothie
Bored of the same mass gainer flavor? Why not try this amazing, super easy, and healthy shake for breakfast. This will add nutrients to your daily meal, and keep you going!! This smoothie has all your favorite ingredients, together in one glass.
Ingredients:
1.5 glass or 300 ml low-fat milk
1/2 or 1 banana, as per your choice
2 tsp oat flakes
1/2 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp yogurt
1 scoop of GNC AMP Amplified Mass XXX (Chocolate)
For Garnish
Almonds or Walnuts for Garnish
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep mixer or a special smoothie mixer and blend till it reaches smooth consistency.
- Pour the mixture into the glass and garnish it for almond slivers or roughly chopped walnuts. This will add crunch to your smoothie.
- Enjoy it immediately.
