Rao Narender Yadav is a head constable in the Delhi police. He was born in 1987. Currently, Yadav resides in Najafgarh, between the Delhi and Haryana border. Narender Yadav completed his education in his village and started training for his police job to qualify for the post.
He soon joined the Delhi police in 2006 and became a part of the Indian police force.

Notably, Rao Narender Yadav began his workout journey in 2009 and focused on his physique. However, he started exercising as a hobby, but soon, he became more serious about his bodybuilding and gained interest in it, hoping to participate in professional bodybuilding competitions.

Narender Yadav's friends were a driving force who encouraged him to pursue his passion for bodybuilding and make a mark for himself in the competitive domain. He entered his first competition in 2015. Since then, he has been declared Mr. India twice and won the titles of – Mr. North India and Mr. Delhi, garnering the praise and attention of many in the pro bodybuilding space.

The pro bodybuilder and police officer, Narendra Yadav, has an imposing muscle mass and has been working on it to enhance his bodybuilding capabilities. When he became more confident about his skills, he entered his first competition in 2018. His first competition was for the title of IBBF Mr. India in the Men's Bodybuilding for the 85kg category, where he secured the first position.
